Rowing in One Direction
Teams need to tap into their creative side to construct a sturdy raft. When built, the rafts compete downstream cheered on by those in the team. An programme like this requires real teamwork. Teams must construct plans, strategies and have the foresight and imagination to see a project through to success. Raft building brings many strengths and weaknesses to the surface, and will “gel” a team through to achievement.
